POLITICA DE REEMBOLSO: Envíe la solicitud de reembolso a sales@relaxslim.com
Proporcione el número de pedido y los productos por los que desea un reembolso. EL REEMBOLSO SE PROCESARÁ SOLAMENTE PARA CADA PEDIDO MIENTRAS SE SOLICITE DENTRO DE LOS 30 DÍAS DE LA COMPRA, SIN EXCEPCIONES.
NO PODEMOS ACEPTAR PRODUCTO ABIERTO
EL COSTO DE ENVÍO NO ES REEMBOLSABLE.
ENVÍOS NO ENTREGABLES
Los pedidos que regresen a nuestro almacén como NO ENTREGABLES, serán contactados y se les dará la opción de reenviarlos a una dirección diferente u obtener un reembolso. Esas dos opciones solo están disponibles para pedidos enviados dentro de los Estados Unidos. Asegúrese de verificar la dirección antes de realizar el pedido para evitar esto.
ENVÍOS RECHAZADOS
Los pedidos que se rechacen dentro de los Estados Unidos, no se reembolsarán los gastos de envío.
POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
SI DESEDA CANCELAR SU PEDIDO POR FAVOR LLAME AL 1-888-348-7352. SOLO SE PODRÁN CANCELAR LOS PEDIDOS QUE NO HAYAN SIDO DESPACHADOS.

Provide the order number and what product(s) you would like a refund for. REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY FOR PRODUCT ORDERS AS LONG AS IT REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT OPEN PRODUCTS
SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE
Orders that come back to our warehouse as UNDELIVERABLE will be contacted and given the option to reship to a different address or get a refund. Those two options are only available for orders shipped within the United States. Please make sure to double-check the address before placing the order to avoid this.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
For orders that are refused within the United States, the shipping charge will not be refunded.
