The first thing to understand is that we are not all the same, nor do we all have the same needs.
There are two sides to the nervous system: the Sympathetic Nervous System (excited), which is responsible for the fight-or-flight response, and the Parasympathetic Nervous System (passive), which handles relaxation, rest, and digestion. The ideal state for anyone is a balance between both systems.
Your 3x1 Diet® will work best if you consider these factors and choose your type S foods (the slimming ones) and your type F foods (the fattening ones) according to your metabolism body type.
That is, with the 3x1 Diet®, you determine the proportions between type S and type F foods that you will consume.
Additionally, based on your body's metabolism type, you decide which types of proteins to include: high-fat options like beef, pork, or reddish fish such as salmon or tuna, or lower-fat choices like chicken, turkey, or white fish.

Basic Recommendations when Selecting Your Foods.
The idea of a "balanced diet" is often misleading because it suggests a one-size-fits-all approach. But we must ask ourselves: balanced for whom? We are not all the same. What may be a suitable food for one person could be harmful to another.
The ideal diet differs for each type of metabolism—excited or passive. Those with a passive system tend to have more carnivorous bodies, requiring frequent consumption of red meat and benefiting from a higher fat intake.
On the other hand, individuals with an excited metabolism tend to gain fat when they consume excessive amounts of fat, red meat, or even salty foods. We are not all the same!
Anyone can follow this diet! It doesn’t matter if you have a slow metabolism, or if it even seems like your metabolism has stopped. If you start by applying the 3x1 Diet® and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, and of course, engage in physical activity, you will wake up that metabolism.
It’s impossible to improve any health condition without following a diet like the 3×1® Diet. This is because all type F foods, which are refined carbohydrates, convert into glucose. Glucose triggers insulin production, which can damage your metabolism and slow it down.
Combine your food with proper hydration, potent vitamins and regular exercise.

Avoid weak vitamins. In The Power of Metabolism, there’s a chapter titled "Vitamins or Weak/Poor Vitamins," which highlights the waste of money spent on low-potency vitamins. Always opt for potent vitamins to support your health.
