Is there such a thing as the perfect diet?

Some specific foods that belong to the A foods are: cucumber, avocado, pumpkin, carrot, lettuce, spinach, celery, green apple, lemon, nopal, kale, broccoli, meat, chicken, fish, seafood, nuts, almonds, butter, salmon, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, natural water, almond milk, coconut milk, egg, mineral water, etc.
E foods are fattening and metabolic enemies such as the refined carbohydrate group, sugars and carbohydrates.
Examples of E foods are: milk, bread, pasta, corn, dessert, beans, soft drinks, sugar, pizza, hamburgers, potato, sweet potato, rice, cakes, mango, pineapple, whole wheat bread, tortillas, etc.
Portions in this diet are very important and it is basic to always have them identified, why?
Because giving your metabolism more A foods and only using a portion of the E foods will adjust your glucose and thus avoid the creation of new fat.
In addition, a very relevant rule in this diet is to know the type of metabolism of each person, because depending on whether they belong to the excited or passive side, each one will need different foods.
Do not forbid yourself any food!
