    What Are Type E Foods?

    Knowing which foods benefit your metabolism the most is the first step to a healthy diet, but knowing which ones don't is just as important, if not more so!

    This time we want to introduce you to what we consider E foods, why we consider them so and how to eat them in order to raise the metabolism to the maximum and have a correct diet.

    E foods include these food groups:


    - Carbohydrates

    - Refined carbohydrates

    These three groups have the particularity that, when ingested, the body generates excess glucose which in turn needs to be stored with the help of insulin and glucose with the production of insulin, generate body fat.

    Glucose and insulin form fat to be used later as a source of energy and this is a normal process, however, what happens with this type of food is that, by generating excess glucose, there comes a time when insulin can no longer store it and that is where fat is created that makes us get fat like abdominal fat.

    These foods include fruits, cereals, processed foods and others that we will show you later.

    This does not mean that you should not or can not eat them anymore, on the contrary, we want you to learn how to use them and even enjoy them, and that's why we created the 3x1 Diet® of NaturalSlim®so that you can choose the right portions and benefit your metabolism helping you to lose fat and enjoy all kinds of food.
