You've probably heard the saying: 'you are what you eat', and it's very true.
The more junk you eat, the weaker your metabolism will be, the more nutritious foods you include in your diet, the stronger your metabolism will be and the healthier your body will be.
Giving your body and metabolism the right foods they need to function well is the key to a good performance and, although in general we all have a notion of those that are nutritious and those that are not, it does not mean that all the good ones are good for everyone.
Do you know what we are talking about?
If you got a little confused in the previous point we want to explain something that we are very interested for you to learn:
'not all healthy foods are healthy for all people'.
Why is this?
Next, we'll tell you about one of the biggest discoveries we made at NaturalSilm® and one of the reasons why the metabolism of thousands of people was deteriorated without being able to find the exact point to remedy it.
It's all about aggressor foods!
Aggressor foods are those foods that raise people's glucose to abnormal levels.
Unfortunately, an offending food can be any food and all of them are different in each person, that is to say, that what attacks some does not do it in others.
If there is one thing we have observed over the years, it is that the three foods that aggravate people the most are what we call TAMs:
- Wheat
- Rice
- Corn
The TAM belongs to the family of refined carbohydrates and, like all foods of this family, its main characteristic is to alter the body's glucose.
However, do not be carried away by the statement that only the TAM There are even people who are affected by vegetables such as spinach, and even by proteins such as meat and shrimp.
As we told you, each person has their own aggressor foods!
How to identify them?
In NaturalSlim® we have a series of steps that we will present below and the main thing is to guide you with the help of an indispensable tool and without which it would be impossible to detect them: a glucometer!
Here are the steps to follow:
1. If you suspect a food, always follow your intuition, because as we told you, we are not all the same and what is harmful to you may not be harmful to other people.
Take your glucose before eating any food and it should be around 80 mg/dl.
3. Eat that food that you suspect is aggravating you.
4. Wait 2 hours
5. Take your glucose measurement again with the glucometer: if the measurements show between 110 and 120 mg/dl, this means that the food is attacking you!
So far, the best way to identify an offending food is with the help of a glucometer and, as we explained before, to measure it 2 hours after eating it, because this is the data that our research has shown.
This type of food can raise or lower glucose levels excessively, causing alterations in the production of insulin hormone that can affect your metabolism and thyroid gland.
Identifying them is undoubtedly a fundamental part of achieving an effective weight loss process and regulating your body's levels.
Magnesium citrate supplements could be of great help as our MagicMag® and better yet, complement it with Kadsorb® that both minerals form our Dynamic Duo.
It is very easy and it is a technique that, to perform it, you can rely on a Certified Metabolism Consultant from NaturalSlim®!
Now that you know all about the offending foods, start your search, eliminate them as soon as possible and recover your metabolism by implementing techniques that will really help!
