- 120 grams or 4 ounces of fishfillet.
- ¼ cup of onion.
- 1 bell bell pepper strips.
- 1 cup lettuce.
- 1 tomato.
- Juice of one lemon.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
In a large frying pan with olive oil, sauté the onion, garlic and bell pepper strips and set aside.
In the same oil, brown the steak previously seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon. Prepare a salad with lettuce and tomato, and enjoy.
