- 100 grams or 3.5 ounces of beef brisket.
- ½ cup lettuce.
- 1 tomato.
- ¼ cup onion.
- 1 clove garlic.
- Vinegar to taste.
- Juice of one lemon.
- ¼ piece of avocado.
In a saucepan, cook the meat with water, salt and onion.
Once the meat is ready, shred it.
Cut the lettuce, tomato, onion, stir and add the lemon, salt and vinegar.
Mix the above with the shredded meat. Garnish with avocado slices.
