Recommendations:
1. During your cleanse, drink plenty of water to help your body eliminate the fungus that is being flushed out of your body. Frank Suarez recommends that you drink the amount of 8 ounce glasses equivalent to the division of your current weight in pounds divided by the number 16, for example: your weight is 160 pounds: 160/16= 10 8 ounce glasses of water a day, which is equivalent to 5 bottles of 16 ounces, for example.
2. Because mushrooms cannot tolerate light, it is recommended that you take two to three daily periods of sunlight, exposed in such a way that it hits your skin directly, for ten-minute intervals. We suggest you include this suggestion in your lifestyle, as it will help you to increase the Vitamin D reserves in your body.
3. Avoid or moderate sugary foods, fruit juices, flours, breads, pasta and rice. In the books The Power of Metabolism, Diabetes Without Problems, Ultra Powerful Metabolism and The Power of Metabolism Recipes, you will find the 3x1 Diet explained at and information on how to reduce carbohydrates.
4. Meats (according to your nervous system: information found in The Power of Metabolism, Diabetes Without Problems and Ultra Powerful Metabolism; Episode #199 of MetabolismTV), green vegetables, eggs and cheeses (avoid fermented cheeses such as blue cheese) are recommended while doing the mushroom cleanse.
5. You should not use any alcohol (wine, beer, rum, whiskey or others) while fighting this fungus, as its use causes the fungus to grow at an accelerated rate.
6. Avoid vinegary foods such as vinegar, mustard, and those containing yeast.
7. Use stevia or sucralose to sweeten your desserts or drinks.
