COCO-10 PLUS® is a blend of coconut oil with the Japanese supplement CoQ10, which may help keep your metabolism functioning normally*. CoQ10 allows more oxygen to enter the body's cells, supporting energy production and normal metabolism function*. It is unflavored and blends into the shake.
The CoQ10 supplement contained in COCO-10 PLUS® increases the production of the cellular energy molecule ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is the main substance the body uses to raise energy. This can help the production of a normal level of energy and accelerate metabolism*.
Coconut oil is composed of medium chain triglycerides (MCT's) that are sent directly to the cells and bypass the liver. This means that there is no waste or loss between the intake of coconut oil and what reaches the cells. That is why coconut oil reaches the cells directly and its energizing effect is not long in coming. CoQ10 combined with coconut oil actually works as a powerful metabolism boosting fuel. COCO-10 PLUS® may help prevent the overgrowth of fungi and parasites in the body. Plus it promotes immune system support and overall body health*.
You should know that the coconut oil contained in COCO-10 PLUS® changes from liquid to solid form depending on the temperature of the environment. The COCO-10 PLUS® supplement does not need refrigeration because coconut oil is very stable and does not break down in a hot environment. If you live in an environment where the temperature is colder than 76° Fahrenheit your COCO-10 PLUS® will become solid as the cold solidifies the coconut oil. This does not mean that the product is damaged. Just warm it up a bit and it will again become liquid so it can be mixed into your shake or eaten directly in tablespoon doses.

RECOMMENDATION FOR USE:
Start with 1/2 tablespoon per day. On a weekly basis, increase the dosage 1/2 tablespoon by 1/2 tablespoon per day, up to a maximum of 4 tablespoons, in the fourth week. People with an excited nervous system should consume up to a maximum of 1 tablespoon.
