RECOMMENDED USE:
Take 4 capsules of CONSTIPEND ® spread throughout the day to observe if this dose achieves intestinal movement by the next day. The dose of CONSTIPEND ® is increased or decreased as needed. If there is no intestinal movement by the next day, increase the dose by 1 additional capsule (example: 4 + 1 = 5 capsules) for each day that passes without a bowel movement. If, on the other hand, a bowel movement that is too soft (diarrhea) is achieved with the initial 4 capsules, reduce the daily dose by 1 capsule each new day (example: 4 - 1 = 3 capsules) until achieving a daily bowel movement that is neither too hard nor too soft.
The idea is to FIND THE CORRECT AMOUNT of CONSTIPEND ® to take each day to achieve at least one regular bowel movement every day.
