USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS: MAGICMAG® C
The recommended daily dose is the maximum number of capsules your body can tolerate without causing diarrhea. The capsules should be taken with the three main meals of the day. Start with two capsules a day, distributed between meals, and then gradually increase or decrease the daily dose as needed (see table).
