CONSTIPEND ® is a natural supplement composed of a combination of magnesium and olive extract, supportive for:

RECOMMENDATION FOR USE:
Take 4 capsules of CONSTIPEND ® spread throughout the day to observe whether that dose achieves a bowel movement the next day. The dose of CONSTIPEND ® is increased or decreased as needed. If a bowel movement is not achieved the next day, the dose is increased by 1 additional capsule (example: 4 + 1 = 5 capsules) for each day that passes without a bowel movement. If, on the other hand, a bowel movement that is too soft (diarrhea) is achieved with the initial 4 capsules, reduce the daily dose by 1 capsule each new day (example: 4 - 1 = 3 capsules) until a daily bowel movement that is neither too hard nor too soft is achieved.
The idea is to FIND THE RIGHT AMOUNT of CONSTIPEND ® to take each day to achieve at least a regular bowel movement every day.
