RECOMMENDED USE:
In your METABOLIC PROTEIN™ shake, add ½ tablespoon of flaxseed oil during the first week. After the first week, increase the amount of flaxseed oil by half a tablespoon per week, up to a maximum of 1 ½ tablespoons. It can also be mixed with salad dressings, yogurt, cottage cheese, or even taken on its own. Store at 59°F - 77°F (15°C - 25°C) and refrigerate after opening to protect freshness and quality.
