NATURALSLIM® SUPER MORNING SHAKE
10 oz serving
In a shaker or large glass, add:
- 8 oz of water and two ice cubes (optional).
- 2 scoops of Metabolic Protein® C-Plus in your favorite flavor.
- 1 tablespoon of LeciClean® granulated lecithin during the first month of use (after the first month, increase to 2 tablespoons daily).
- To boost your metabolism^, it is recommended to add Coco-10 Plus™ organic coconut oil, from ½ tablespoon up to a maximum of 4 tablespoons per serving, increasing the dose by ½ tablespoon each week. If your nervous system is excited, increase up to a maximum of one tablespoon.
