Diet is not the only factor to understand in supporting metabolism.
However, the diet used is an important factor and is the determinant between success or failure in our attempt to improve it.

We call this system the 3x1 Diet.®".

The first thing you need to understand is that we are not all the same, nor do we all have the same needs.
The Excited metabolism in charge of fighting or running and the Passive metabolism in charge of relaxing, resting and digesting. The ideal state, for any of us, is a state of BALANCE between both types of metabolism.
Your 3x1 Diet® will work best for you if you take these factors into consideration and choose your type A foods (the slimming ones) and your type E foods (the fattening ones) according to your metabolism type.
In other words, with the 3x1 Diet® you determine the proportions you will consume between type A foods and type E foods and with your body's metabolism type you determine which types of proteins you should consume: beef or pork or red fish -such as salmon or tuna that are high in fat; or chicken, turkey or white fish that are lower in fat, etc. In other words, knowing what your dominant nervous system type is allows you to fine-tune the selection of the foods that make up your 3x1 Diet®to get the best possible results and speed up your metabolism.

Basic food selection recommendations
There can be no such thing as a "balanced diet" no matter how much we are told about it. One would have to ask, balanced for whom, if we are not all the same? What may be an appropriate food for one may also be a poison for another.
So food for both types of metabolism is different. Those with a passive metabolism have more carnivorous bodies, need to eat red meat often and benefit from a higher fat intake. Those with excited metabolism bodies get fat when they eat fat, red meat or salt. We are not all the same!
Anyone can do this Diet! No matter what you have a slow metabolism, no matter if it even looks like your metabolism stopped, if you start by applying the 3×1 Diet® and water, lots of hydration and of course doing physical activity that exercises you, you will wake up that metabolism.
