CHOCOLATE FLAVORED PROTEIN ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS


- 1½ cup chocolate Metabolic Protein™.

- 1 scoop low-sugar cocoa powder.

- 1 cup stevia.

- 2 cups coconut milk.

- 2 cups heavy cream.

- 6 chopped walnuts in halves.

INGREDIENTS

- 1½ cup Metabolic Protein™ chocolate.

- 1 tablespoon low-sugar cocoa powder.

- 1 cup stevia.

- 2 cups coconut milk.

- 2 cups heavy cream.

- 6 chopped walnuts in halves.

PROCEDURE

In a blender, place the protein, cocoa, Stevia and coconut milk. Process until all ingredients are well incorporated. Chill the bowl you will use to prepare the recipe and the cream for 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Once chilled and just before starting, remove from the refrigerator to use. Pour 1 cup of the cold heavy cream into the bowl and add the stevia. Start beating on low speed for about 30 seconds or until well blended and you can add the vanilla to taste.

Mix again with the mixer until the cream is stiff peaks.

Combine to this mixture, the mixture you already made from the protein, add the whipped cream and place in a glass food storage container and cover with the lid. Take the container to the freezer and let it freeze for a minimum of three hours. Then, enjoy!
