- 2 large boneless breasts, opened butterfly style.
- 1 tablespoon marinade.
- 2 teaspoons olive oil.
- 2 tablespoons regular mayonnaise.
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
- 2 teaspoons almond flour.
In a small bowl, mix the marinade with the oil and rub the breasts until they are completely covered with the mixture.
Prepare a baking pan, pre-greased with coconut oil, and place the breasts in it. In another small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the Parmesan cheese.
Pour half of the mixture over each breast and spread to coat. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of the almond flour over each breast. Bake at 325° F for 20 to 25 minutes.
