What is collagen?
Collagen is a protein composed of fibers found in all important structures of our body such as bones, tendons, and ligaments. It also forms part of tissues and is responsible for firming the skin. It provides strength and maintains the flexibility of the skin, bones, joints, nails, hair, etc.
What does hydrolyzed mean?
Through a hydrolyzation process (separation into smaller molecules by an enzyme that uses water), from natural collagen, the large collagen chains are broken to obtain much smaller molecules. As a result, collagen is better absorbed by the body because the molecules can cross the intestinal barrier and reach the tissues where they fulfill their mission. Therefore, hydrolyzed collagen is considered to be better absorbed*.

L-Glutamine amino acid, which helps reduce cravings for sugar, sweets, or refined carbohydrates*.
Whey protein. It has been shown that whey protein, which is called "whey" in English, is one of the proteins that most support the acceleration of the metabolic rate.
Low in carbohydrates. Only 4 grams of carbohydrates per serving (vanilla and strawberry flavors) and 5 grams of carbohydrates (chocolate flavor).
NATURALSLIM® SUPER MORNING SHAKE
10 oz glass serving
In a shaker or large glass, add:
8 ounces of water and two ice cubes (optional)
2 scoops (measures) of your favorite flavor of Metabolic Protein® Collagen
1 tablespoon of LeciClean® granulated lecithin during the first month of use (after the first month, increase to 2 tablespoons daily).
To increase your metabolism^, it is recommended to add organic Coco-10 Plus® coconut oil to this recipe, from 1/2 tablespoon up to a maximum of 4 tablespoons per serving, increasing the dose by 1/2 tablespoon per week. If your metabolism type is excited, increase up to a maximum of one tablespoon.
