METABOLIC PROTEIN COLLAGEN™ is our whey protein shake, with 20 grams of Collagen per serving and naturally sweetened with Monkfruit. The human body has proteins, fats and minerals in its bones but approximately one third of the human body is composed of a protein called collagen. The body is elastic and collagen is what makes the body elastic.
Our Metabolic Protein Collagen™ could replace or supplement your breakfast to
help increase your metabolism and reduce hunger^ as it contains a variety of essential vitamins and minerals, which further qualifies it to be a meal replacement*. It also contains amino acids and a special blend of enzymes that support the control of cravings for sugar, sweets, bread and other refined carbohydrates. It is prepared with water, is low in carbohydrates and comes in vanilla, chocolate and strawberry flavors.

What is collagen?
Collagen is a protein composed of fibers found in all the important structures of our body such as bones, tendons and ligaments. It is also part of the tissues and is responsible for firming the skin. It provides strength and maintains the flexibility of the skin, bones, joints, nails, hair, etc.
What does hydrolyzed mean?
Through a hydrolyzing process (separation into smaller molecules by an enzyme that uses water), from natural collagen, the large collagen chains are broken down to obtain much smaller molecules. As a result, collagen is better absorbed by the body because the molecules can cross the intestinal barrier and reach the tissues where they fulfill their mission. Hydrolyzed collagen is therefore considered to be better absorbed*.

In a shaker or large glass, add:
- 8 ounces of water and two ice cubes (optional)
· 2 scoops of Metabolic Protein Collagen™ in your favorite flavor
· 1 scoop of LeciClean granulated lecithin® for the first month of use (after the first month increase to 2 scoops daily).
· To increase your metabolism^, you are encouraged to add Coco-10 Plus organic coconut oil® to this recipe, from 1⁄2 tablespoon to a maximum of 4 tablespoons per serving, increasing the dosage 1⁄2 tablespoon per week. If your metabolic type is excited, you will increase to a maximum of 1 scoop.
