RECOMMENDED USE
In your smoothie METABOLIC PROTEIN™, add ½ scoop of flax oil for the first week. After the first week, increase the amount of flax oil, one-half tablespoon per week, to a maximum of 1 ½ tablespoons.
It can also be mixed with salad dressings, yogurt, cottage cheese or even taken alone.
Store at 59°F - 77°F (15°C - 25°C) and refrigerate after opening to protect freshness and quality.
